This is one of those colors that requires two separate processes, often found in fashion colours such as vibrant blues, purples pinks, and more.
CORRECTIVE COLOR

When you want something vastly different from what you have, that takes a very elongated process. This is considered corrective color. This will need to be upon consultation, as it can vary significantly from circumstance to circumstance.
